    I would like to tell you about a wonderful lady who will be 98 on 30 June 2020
    She still works in her local day centre helping to run a programme for those she calls the “old people”
    She always looks great and even still has her nails gelled once a month . Her name is lily

  3. I am 84, mostly bedridden with ME/CFS. I am a regular Expert columnist on ME/CFS in Positive Health online, and submit an article every six months. Topics also NLP, recently how to get safely out of a dangerous relationship. I have active correspondence as an advocate and author. My hobbies are playing piano and singing with my son & a small group on a very low level of skill. I write poetry… had a slight venture into erotic verse recently. Thanks to being extremely well cared for by the friend I live with, I’m having a great time.

  4. Hi – my father, Terence Griffin would be an interesting subject for your over 80’s work. He is 81 years old, looks fantastic, is extremely fit and practices a Japanese form of archery called kudo. It is very beautiful to watch with a 6ft bow and slow, controlled movements. Terence is one of the most qualified / experienced Europeans in the sport today.
    He lives in Normandy.

  5. Hi Laura – I love what you are doing . My dad is 84 . He does a hanging basket sale every year for the local hospice where my sister was care for . The plant supplier has sorted the plants for him and it’s now keeping him busy in covid lockdown . He’s a character – Ken Hogg – all round good egg ! Please would you consider him ?
